General Policy

Our opening hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Sunday including Public Holidays.
6:00 PM to 11:00 PM ( only for night swimming ) from Monday to Sunday including Public Holidays.
Check-in 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Check-out 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Check-in Age over 18 years old. An ID should be presented at the check-in front desk.
Extended stay it's allowed upon availability and it must be paid as full price.
Food deliveries and take-out from other restaurants are allowed.
Please NOTE !!. We have smoking areas inside the resort.
Free car parking.
NO Pet’s allowed.
Room Policy

Exceeding the number of persons in our room is NOT allowed.
Please NOTE!! We allow max. 5 guests (including kids) in our Family Rooms and Family Bungalow, and max 2 guests in our standard rooms. For more details about the rooms please click here.
We do not charge children under 3 years old for our rooms.
Cooking inside the room is NOT allowed.
Food deliveries and take-out from other restaurants are allowed.
Smoking inside the room is NOT allowed. !! Please NOTE !! . We have smoking areas inside the resort.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the rooms, cottages, resort’s property or structure.
FreeWIFI only for overnight stay.
Entrance fee included only for overnight stay.

Child Policy

The responsibility for the children, their conduct and safety lie within the parents or guardians.
The parent or guardian should explain and guide the minor to follow our Resort rules.
Children under 8 years old should be supervised by the parent or guardians when they are using our swimming pool.
Children swimming with inflated teaching aid need strict supervision by the parent or guardian.
Children should not be left alone overnight in the room.
Swimming Pool

Use the shower before entering the swimming pool and after.
Any person suffering from a known serious medical condition(e.g. skin, heart disease, severe circulation problems, epilepsy or respiratory problems) should not use the Swimming Pool.
Do not apply any lotion/cream on the body before entering the pool.
Food and drinks are not permitted on the pool except in designated seating areas.
All swimming pool users must wear proper swim attire when entering the pool area. No street clothes can be worn n the water.
We allow night swimming from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM every day.
Liability

The guest is responsible for the safekeeping of any money, jewelry, and other valuable objects.
Camaya-an Paradise Beach Resort and/or the management accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any valuables.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the resort’s property or structure.
Our resort or Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area.
The resort is not responsible for damage to, or theft from, or theft of, vehicles parked on the resort premises.
